We at Switzer Business Solutions, LLC had historically deployed our own customer portals, which were fairly simple – it could list invoices and that’s about it. When we considered using a commercial service to replace our portal with one with more features, we reviewed an offering but it didn’t quite fit our needs. The question arose: what would it take to build our own?
